Our three cats have stayed on several occasions. Always had a good experience.
Communication needs to improve. I left a healthy, happy, beloved cat. When I returned and went to collect her I asked how things had gone as she had recently been put on medication but was told nothing except what a 'pretty cat she was'. When I got home and took her out of her carry basket I discovered she was dehydrated and significantly thinner and could barely walk. She died a few hours after I picked her up. I should have been contacted the minute her health deteriorated or given information when I picked her up but was not. If I had I could have gotten her to the vet sooner when I returned, or better still, organised it earlier from my holiday.

Fantastic cat resort with personalised care and attention, imdividual needs well catered for and great people, we have been taking our cat there for several years.
This is the best cattery in Victoria. My babies are always well looked after and happy with no stress. I don't even mind the trip from Melbourne because I know they will get excellent care.
