I wouldnt give this person a rating, sorry but shes a disappointment, she took our house as a listing to sell but broke her contract due to what she said wasnt up to code, seriously its a renavaters dream, Id since had a builder do a check and house is fine, then she tells us it was because of our tenant, I rung her for help on something that happened while it was under her contract but she claimed she wouldnt lie, we r honest people and never asked her to lie just help with a problem that happened at the time, but she couldnt get off the phone quick enough, very disappointed, we have since been told things and glad she didnt sell our house, ps how can u put a sale price on a house without viewing it first mmmmmm no happy with her at all
